Yoshimi is a Tokyo-based film director. She traveled overseas for many years starting from the age of 18 while feeding her hunger for curiosity from a young age. Working for Soft Citizen in Toronto, she felt encouraged to lead a career in filmmaking. Her strong understanding and awareness of the diverse intricacies and nuances of human connection gives her films a certain peace.
